The Arc Residences takes its name from its plan: one curved building on the Yiti waterfront, divided into three collections. Opal faces the sea and the marina, Oria looks to the mountains and the marina, and Onda sits between them. The current release spans 27 homes, from 2-bedroom apartments of about 166 sqm to a 1,086 sqm penthouse.
Five formats share the tower. Signature apartments run from 2 to 4 bedrooms with covered terraces; duplexes stack living and sleeping levels across two floors; Sky Terrace and Sky Garden homes add outdoor rooms of 90 to 840 sqm; and two seventh-floor penthouses take a full plate each. Private pools come with the Sky Garden, Sky Terrace and penthouse homes.
Yiti sits on the coast south of Muscat, reached by the new coastal road past Bandar Jissah and Muscat Bay. Homes look out over the marina, the Sea of Oman and the hills behind the bay.
