The Arc Residences takes its name from its plan: one curved building on the Yiti waterfront, divided into three collections. Opal faces the sea and the marina, Oria looks to the mountains and the marina, and Onda sits between them. The current release spans 27 homes, from 2-bedroom apartments of about 166 sqm to a 1,086 sqm penthouse.
Five formats share the tower.
